MED SC-V 678: Small Animal Internal Medicine (Summer 2024) : Books
Finding Books
Your instructors have provided specific titles relevant to this course, which are listed in this guide.
If you wish to search for other titles accessible through the UW Libraries, please use the Library Catalog. A search box to the catalog is provided below. You can also search the catalog starting from the UW Libraries website at https://library.wisc.edu/.
Print-format veterinary medicine books are primarily housed at Steenbock Library, on the first floor (lower level). Some print-format veterinary medicine books are housed in other library locations on and off campus. The call numbers for these titles generally begin with "SF", and then cluster by species. The Library Catalog will provide the exact call number and the housing library name.
Print-format books not accessible, or temporarily not available, through the UW Libraries may be requested via interlibrary loan, or through a request to another UW System school. Librarians are happy to facilitate this process with you.
Veterinary medicine e-books are find-able through the Library Catalog. Links are provided in the catalog to the e-book. These titles can be accessed anywhere on campus. Off-campus access will require you to authenticate yourself with your NetID and password first.
