These databases are all available through the UW Library System. This is a non-exhaustive list, but a good place to start.
History
- Indigenous Peoples of North AmericaOnline archive of primary source materials documenting the political, social, and cultural history of indigenous peoples of North America from the sixteenth century to the twentieth century. The collection features indigenous-language materials such as dictionaries, bibles, and primers.
- Indigenous Histories and Cultures in North AmericaMaterials from the Newberry Library's Edward E. Ayer Collection including manuscripts, artwork, and rare printed books dating from the earliest contact with European settlers up to the mid-twentieth century.
- American Indian ExperienceA portal and full-text online library of more than 150 titles; hundreds of primary documents and images, including treaties, speeches, traditional tales, and captivity narratives with contextual annotation; a wealth of maps and photographs; and hundreds of vetted Web sites.
American Indian Movement
- American Indian Movement and Native American RadicalismThis collection includes extensive FBI documentation on the evolution of AIM as an organization of social protest. In addition, there is documentation on the 1973 Wounded Knee Stand-off. Informant reports and materials collected by the Extremist Intelligence Section of the FBI provide insight into the motives, actions, and leadership of AIM and the development of Native American radicalism.

- Indigenous Peoples of the Americas: History, Culture, and LawFull-text legal materials by and about indigenous peoples of the United States, including treaties, federal statutes and regulations, federal case law, tribal codes, constitutions, and jurisprudence.
- ProQuest Indian Claims InsightTrace the history of specific claims made by tribal nations against the United States and access associated full text documents. Includes docket histories, court documents, treaties, congressional publications, and maps.
Newspaper/Publication
- Indigenous Newspapers in North AmericaPresents the publications of a range of communities, covering periodicals produced in the United States and Canada, including Alaska, Arizona, British Columbia, California, Nevada and Oklahoma, from 1828 to 2016.
- Ethnic NewsWatchFeatures newspapers, magazines, and journals of the ethnic and minority press, providing researchers access to essential, often overlooked perspectives. Includes titles dating from 1990-present.

- North American Indian Thought and CultureCollection of biographies, auto-biographies, personal narratives, speeches, diaries, letters, and oral histories of American Indians, Alaska Natives, and Canadian First Peoples.
