Searching for a Specific Journal
To search for a journal not listed and linked from this page, follow these steps:
- Start from the Libraries Web Site.
- Click Catalog drop-down menu.
- Select Journals from the drop-down menu.
- Enter the journal title into the search box and click Submit.
- Click the name of the journal to open the full record.
- Check for access to the journal, whether online or physical. For online access, click View Online. You may see one or more resource links. You will also see dates indicating the years for which a resource provides full article access to the journal.
Searching for Articles within a Specific Journal
To search for articles within a specific journal (after selecting "View Online" from the catalog record to a journal) follow these steps:
- Search by keywords in the journal or follow links to an Advanced Search, if available.
- If you should use an Advanced Search option, especially if full article access is made available at the publisher's site, you may need to specify the journal you want to search (otherwise the result may be that you search all journals available from that publisher).
