- Engineering VillageIndex and abstracts of engineering literature published between 1884-1969

- PubMedPubMed is a database maintained by the National Library of Medicine. It contains over 37 million citations from various biomedical and health science fields and other related disciplines.
- Science DirectInformation platform of scientific, technical, and medical research content from journals, books, series, and reference works published by Elsevier.
- ScopusLarge, multidisciplinary database that covers science, technology, medicine, social sciences, and arts and humanities. Includes tools to track, analyze, and visualize research.
- Web of ScienceCollection of databases indexing scholarly literature in the sciences, social sciences, arts, and humanities, from journals, conference proceedings, symposia, and more. Includes citation network data.

- PubChemPubChem mostly contains small molecules, but also larger molecules such as nucleotides, carbohydrates, lipids, peptides, and chemically-modified macromolecules. They collect information on chemical structures, identifiers, chemical and physical properties, biological activities, patents, health, safety, toxicity data, and many others.
- SciFinder Web (Chemical Abstracts)SciFinder is the most comprehensive chemical information discovery tool of chemical information. It is used to access information in selected Chemical Abstracts Service (CAS) databases: CAPlus, CARegistry, CAREACTS, CHEMCATS, and CHEMLISTS, plus the NIH database Medline. SciFinder requires an individual username and password. Only one login ID per user is allowed.

- ReaxysReaxys is a web-based search and retrieval system for chemical compounds, bibliographic data and chemical reactions. Reaxys incorporates Beilstein and Gmelin data plus organic and organometallic patents from 1976 to the present.
- Web CSD (Cambridge Structural Database)WebCSD allows users to search for a specific structure and also find the context of the structure in relation to its originality and/or comparison to other known molecules. Original deposited data can be obtained and exported for further analysis.

- Protein DatabaseThe Protein database is a collection of sequences from several sources, including translations from annotated coding regions in GenBank, RefSeq and TPA, as well as records from SwissProt, PIR, PRF, and PDB.
