- Anxiety and Depression Association of America Reviewed Mobile AppsLicensed mental health professional reviewed mobile apps to address issues of anxiety and depression.
- SanvelloPremium features for Sanvello have been unlocked for the duration of the pandemic. Find resources for self-care, evidence based strategies for managing stress, anxiety, and depression, as well as a peer support network.
- SAMHSASAMHSA’s National Helpline is a free, confidential, 24/7, 365-day-a-year treatment referral and information service (in English and Spanish) for individuals and families facing mental and/or substance use disorders.
- National Domestic Violence HotlineHighly-trained advocates are available 24/7/365 to talk confidentially with anyone experiencing domestic violence, seeking resources or information, or questioning unhealthy aspects of their relationship.
- National Suicide Prevention LifelineThe Lifeline provides 24/7, free and confidential support for people in distress, prevention and crisis resources for you or your loved ones, and best practices for professionals.
- National Sexual Assault Telephone HotlineThe National Sexual Assault Hotline was the nation’s first decentralized hotline, connecting those in need with help in their local communities. It’s made up of a network of independent sexual assault service providers, vetted by RAINN, who answer calls to a single, nationwide hotline number.

- YMCA Health & Fitness VideosYMCA has made a number 60 videos free to access via their website. Offerings include boot camp, youth sports programs, barre, weightlifting and more. They will also host live sessions on their social media accounts.
