Templates
(Important: It is your responsibility to make sure that all of the UW Madison dissertation requirements are met, or else it will not be accepted.)
Use these templates at your own risk. There is not an official LaTeX template from the Graduate School.
Memorial Library - is a slight change from the Computer Science Department template that adds committee members to the title page. You need to use version 5.6 or newer of the geometry package for it to work. The template is a zip file and is unsupported. Created in 2012.
Computer Science Department has the most recent template from 2008.
Physics Department - examples from past physics students
LaTeX Template - distributed and archived through CTAN, the TeX archive. It may not be the most up to date.
