Patient/Family Teaching Sheets

The website for the Hospice and Palliative Nursing Association has some very easy to read and understand teaching sheets for patients and family concerning aspects of end of life issues.  Included in the list of handouts are psychological assistance for family members, managing symptoms, identfying physiological sysmptoms nearing death, and mourning and grieving.
