Constitutional Law : Introduction

This guide focuses on resources for researching and studying constitutional law.  The U.S. Constitution is the foundation of the United States.  The study of constitutional law encompasses the interpretation and implementation of the Constitution and its place within some of the most fundamental relationships in our society.

The resources listed in this guide cover a wide range of subjects upon which these relationships are based such as relations among the states, the states and the federal government, the three branches of the federal government (executive, legislative, judicial), and the rights of the individual in relation to the federal and state governments.

Historical documents, primary law, treatises and other secondary sources are listed here to help you begin your constitutional law research in earnest.
