Statewide Organizations
Disability Rights Wisconsin is a private non-profit organization that protects the rights of people with disabilities statewide. Our mission is to advance the dignity, equality, and self-determination of people with disabilities. We work to pursue justice on matters related to human and legal rights.
Deaf Unity provides services to and advocates for Deaf victims by listening to victims and their experiences with abuse, providing victims emotional and moral support, empowering victims with information, strategies, and choices to make themselves safe, healthy and independent, providing information to people who know and are concerned about someone who may be experiencing abuse, going with the victim to court or a medical appointment.
Wisconsin Council of the Blind and Visually Impaired
Wisconsin Council of the Blind and Visually Impaired promotes the dignity and empowerment of the people in Wisconsin who are blind and visually impaired by providing services, advocating legislation, and educating the general public.
Wisconsin-based Online Support Groups
Online support groups provide a place for individuals with a variety of chronic conditions and illnesses to discuss treatment options, give provider recommendations, and share knowledge and resources about living with a particular condition. Occasionally support groups may also organize in-person meet-ups with other group members. See below for a more detailed list of these groups.

Dysautonomia International - Wisconsin Support Group
An online support group for Wisconsin-based individuals living with dysautonomia, including conditions such as POTS (postural orthostatic tachycardia syndrome), Multiple Systems Atrophy, Pure Autonomic Failure, autonomic neuropathies, and other disorders of the autonomic nervous system.
Fibro/Chronic Pain Fighters in Wisconsin
A group for people residing in Wisconsin with Fibromyalgia or chronic pain.
PCOS Champions- Wisconsin PCOS Support Group
A group for people with PCOS. Use this group to support each other by giving/asking advice, sharing stories, and more.

A support group for people with Lyme disease and coinfections. The group shares information about treatments, personal tips on handling symptoms, and help finding Lyme literate medical doctors in the WI/IL area.
Wisconsin Metastatic Breast Cancer Group
A group of metastatic breast cancer survivors from all over Wisconsin. Group members try to meet face-to-face every other month and have rotating meetings at different members' homes.
Wisconsin Neuroendocrine Cancer Connection
A group for people with neuroendocrine cancer, their caregivers and medical professionals in Wisconsin meant to provide support and resources.
Wisconsin Tourette Syndrome Support Group
An online support group for Wisconsin-based individuals with Tourette Syndrome. This group also provides in-person meetings once a month.
