Law 940, taught by instructor Brian Anderson, provides an overview of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) as applied to retirement plans and employee welfare benefit plans which are regulated by the Internal Revenue Service, the Department of Labor, and the Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation.
