White Papers
White papers are reports written by researchers in the field to communicate trends, and are usually found on organization or government websites. They can provide current information about a specific geographic area. The researchers who write the white papers can work for non-profit organizations to advocate for certain actions, corporations to market goods and services, or for government agencies to communicate policy. It is important to critically evaluate what organization funded the research and why in order to determine its credibility.
