Log into the this database with your NetID. To view maps, click on "Map Gallery" in the header bar. On the results page you may filter by colony and/or map theme. This resource is also rich in other kinds of primary sources such as correspondence, pamphlets, and newspapers. 

Wisconsin Historical Society Maps & Atlases
View more than 6,000 of historic maps of Wisconsin and the World, dating from as early as 1513. The search function in this database is not as fine-tuned as others, but all of the items here are physically held by the Wisconsin Historical Society and you are able to view them in-person.
