Introduction

Biophysical sciences is a highly interdisciplinary field that brings together professors and students from different backgrounds with the common aim of rigorously quantitating the physico-chemical behavior of biological systems (e.g., enzyme-substrate interactions, protein and nucleic acid folding, and many more topics).
