What is Bioinformatics?

The term "Bioinformatics" encompasses the use and study of computer science within biology, science, and medicine.  Because this area of study is evolving and growing, it is often difficult to clearly define the term.  Below is a list of links that may be helpful in defining "Bioinformatics."
